Please read these Terms carefully before using the SwiftHub Licensing Portal. By accessing the Portal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SwiftHub Licensing Portal (the "Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Portal.

2. Eligibility

You affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Portal solely for managing licensing and operational workflows associated with SwiftHub services.

You agree not to misuse the Portal, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, or reverse engineering any part of the platform.

5. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Portal at any time, with or without notice.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through the Portal or via email.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

By using the Portal, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology in the Portal remain the property of SwiftHub or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Portal without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Portal.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Portal will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Portal stops immediately, and sections intended to survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the UAE.
